Conversion of shares in NCC AB

According to NCC’s articles of association, owners of Series A shares are entitled to request that such shares be converted to Series B shares. Conversion reduces the total number of voting rights in the company.

NCC to build head office for Bosch in Denmark

NCC is to build a new headquarters for Bosch in Ballerup near Copenhagen, Denmark. The office building covers approximately 10,000 square meters distributed over three floors and will accommodate all the company's employees, who are currently residing in two separate offices.

NCC to construct 285 apartments for Birger Bostad in Solna

NCC has been commissioned by Birger Bostad, part of Fabege, to construct 285 apartments in the Haga Norra city neighborhood in Arenastaden, Solna. The project is a turnkey contract in partnering form with an order value of approximately SEK 450 million.

NCC to continue work on construction of new emergency hospital in Västerås

NCC has entered into an agreement for the construction of Region Västmanland’s new emergency hospital in Västerås. The subproject involves the construction of frames, facades and roofs and is being carried out in partnership with Region Västmanland. The assignment has an order value of approximately SEK 800 million.

NCC reinforces Skandia Harbour in Gothenburg

NCC is now beginning work to reinforce Skandia Harbour in Gothenburg, the largest port in Scandinavia. The assignment is part of preparations to accommodate larger container vessels. The project is a turnkey contract in partnering form on behalf of the Port of Gothenburg. The order value is just over SEK 1 billion.

NCC's modernization project completed – Avicii Arena now opens

At the beginning of 2024, NCC and the property owner SGA Fastigheter (Stockholm City) began the modernization of Avicii Arena, Stockholm Globe Arena, in central Stockholm. The arena is the world’s largest spherical building, and all solutions, processes, and materials have been customized. In January, the modernization was completed, and on February 1, the first public event will be held in the newly renovated Avicii Arena.

NCC’s Christmas donation to support young people studying mathematics

NCC continues to support learning among children and young people. This year’s Christmas donation of SEK 1.5 million will go to four organizations in the Nordic region that provide tutoring for children and young people, which can expand opportunities for a career in construction and civil engineering.

NCC cited a Diversity Leader again

The Financial Times and market research company Statista have once again cited NCC as one of Europe’s Diversity Leaders 2025. The award is included in the sixth annual list of Europe’s Diversity Leaders featuring companies that actively promote diversity and inclusion in their operations.

AI robot makes money for NCC by detecting boulders

NCC Industry is increasing the efficiency and control of the site-intake of aggregates. Detecting truck loads with boulders, rocks too large to fit into the crushing machine, has been a problem for years. Now, an AI-robot has solved that problem, and as a bonus, the costs have decreased.

We Land office building completed in Helsinki's Ruoholahti district

We Land represents a new type of office building, carefully designed to accommodate hybrid working. The newly completed building has recently welcomed tenants Kalmar, Deloitte, and Hiab, with Helen scheduled to move in next year. ISS's lunch restaurant, Kasi, is now open to the public, and the top-floor fine dining restaurant with panoramic views will open later this fall.
