NCC to refurbish Dommerparken in Copenhagen

NCC, as part of the fsbHJEM partnership, has been contracted by fsb to refurbish 259 rental units in the Dommerparken area of Copenhagen. The order value is approximately SEK 285 million.

Invitation to presentation of NCC’s interim report for the second quarter 2024

NCC’s interim report for the second quarter and first half of 2024 will be published on Tuesday July 16[th] 2024. The report will be distributed and published on NCC’s website ncc.com/ir at, or around, 7:10 a.m. CEST.

NCC to deck over the Göta Tunnel in Gothenburg

In partnership with the Swedish Transport Administration, NCC is decking over the western mouth of the Göta Tunnel and constructing a ventilation tower in order to facilitate further development of the Masthuggskajen district. The order value is approximately SEK 175 million.

Conversion of shares in NCC AB, June 2024

According to NCC’s articles of association, owners of Series A shares are entitled to request that such shares be converted to Series B shares. Conversion reduces the total number of voting rights in the company.

NCC to begin construction of the Mariestad correctional facility

On behalf of Specialfastigheter, NCC is constructing the Mariestad correctional facility on land adjacent to the Rödjan facility in Mariestad. The project is now entering the production stage and NCC’s assignment is expected to encompass about SEK 250 million more than the initially announced amount of SEK 900 million.

We Land – a unique piece of office architecture

The Helsinki district of Ruoholahti’s maritime location and its history inspired architect Juha Mäki-Jyllilä when he started designing the We Land office building in 2018: “From the start, our aim was architecture that suits its surrounding urban setting dominated by large buildings, but gives it a new, fresh look.”

I switched my job and country – but without leaving NCC

I seized the opportunity, turned my job into an adventure and swapped Finland for Gothenburg. It’s not all been plain sailing – there have been some challenges with the language, culture and colleagues. But I haven’t regretted a single day since I grabbed this unique opportunity.

I learn something new – every day

After studying for five years in Uppsala, my interest in sustainability was my way into NCC. After working with EPD mapping for a year, I’ve been a Supervisor at NCC Stenmaterial in Gävleborg since August 2022. And at the turn of the year, I’ll be taking over as Site Manager in Dalarna. What a journey it’s been!

MTV's new, sustainable Pöllölaakso center: a result of close collaboration with NCC

A new era dawned for Finnish media company MTV Oy when it opened its new Pöllölaakso center in the Konepaja area of Helsinki's Vallila district. The unique new site was developed in collaboration with NCC, both parties learning a great deal from each other in the process. Sustainability served as a guiding theme, and it has already borne concrete results.
