Are you a HR professional who would like to lead impactful people & competence initiatives across a Nordic organization? 

We are now looking for a senior HR Business Partner to our Group function HR BP team. You will primarily work for our Group Purchasing unit, be a member of Group Purchasing Management Team and reporting to our Head of HR for Group functions. The position will be based in Solna and with frequent travel and interactions with stakeholder in our Nordic countries. The position holder will also collaborate with our common specialist areas in recruitment, work environment, leadership & competence development, compensation & benefits, HR Services and labor law. You will be working in a small HR team on Nordics level and also be part of cross Group function collaborations. 

 

Your role and responsibilities  

The responsibility of the HR Business Partner cover strategic as well as operative people and organisational areas. Main part is to contribute to our overall HR strategy and goals by driving and implementing those and to drive the Purchasing’s entire functions people strategic initiatives. You will also work with and support our managers in recruitment, comp & ben, talent & succession, facilitating team development and change, union relations & negotiations and other people related questions. 

By working with the business in focus, provide consultatively and qualified support to our managers, balance with HR related areas, you will become a key player and contribute with the business development to move forward. 

 

Your experience and background   

  • Solid background from broad HR Business Partner positions and being part of management teams. 

  • Experience from leading HR development projects and change management in a Nordic environment and in a matrix organization 

  • Experienced in facilitating workshops, team development and talk in larger audiences 

  • The drive to take initiatives, prioritize and work with a sense of urgency 

  • Structured, analytical and ability to solve problems 

  • Good communication skills and an ability to create trust in the organization 

  • Good business understanding.

Requirements:  

  • At least 5-10 years of work experience in relevant areas for the job, preferably in Nordics 

  • Relevant academic background in HR or other.   

  • Excellent communication skills in English and in Swedish.  

 

Additional information 

The position is located in Solna, Sweden and travels to other offices in the Nordic countries is required as part of the job. In accordance with our security strategy, we conduct background checks on the final candidates.
