In the multipurpose space on the first floor, you can organize exercise classes, social gatherings and more. With our app, you can conveniently reserve spaces, order catering services, get fault notifications, and handle your parking. Further contributions to your day-to-day convenience include the package locker machines and Finland’s most intelligent elevators, which take you to the top floors for a breathtaking view.

The Charlie lobby service exceeds expectations by making your day-to-day experience easier, and creating a positive atmosphere for meetings and other encounters.
