Järva Krog – a new neighborhood with a focus on hospitality
Järva Krog is a small-scale neighborhood for both people and businesses. The head office is right next door to the preschool, with cafés next to the gym. The mix of activities and people makes this a vibrant and dynamic place.
The area
In Järva Krog, residential units neighbor with offices, stores, services and a wide range of restaurants in an urban street environment. This is a meeting place and hub adapted for the activities and businesses of today and tomorrow. Järva Krog is part of new Ulriksdal and will accommodate a total of 2,500 residential units, 15,000 workplaces, stores and services. The closest neighbors are Puma, Philips, 3M, NCC, Scandic, The Winery Hotel and Marriott Hotel, and many head offices have chosen to relocate here from all over Sweden. Järva Krog is also close to the beautiful natural features of Ulriksdal and Brunnsviken, as well as several walking and running trails. The Mall of Scandinavia and Friends Arena are also within walking distance.
Your new workplace
At Järva Krog, you will move into a completely new and flexible office, with a workplace adapted to your needs rather than the other way around. All types of activities are welcome and in addition to office space, NCC is also open to meeting requests for other kinds of premises, such as showrooms, labs or kitchens. All premises are designed with raised floors and very few columns – enabling easy adaptation as your future needs change.
Services
Stockholm City is only minutes away, but if you live in the Järva Krog neighborhood, you won’t have to go anywhere – you will have access to all the services you need. We envisaged a lively place when we started planning Järva Krog. A place where all everyday needs are met. Here you can find small restaurants with food from all over the globe, hotels, gyms and stores. All to make your life easier.
Transport links
Järva Krog will be easily accessible by public transport, bike or car.
By bike
The area is designed for cycling all year round. There are bike paths in every direction that are also kept free of snow and ice in the winter. The major regional and local cycle routes pass through the area and it only takes about 25 minutes to ride into the city.
By bus and commuter train
If you are traveling by public transport, the Ulriksdal train station is just a five-minute walk away. It takes seven minutes to reach Odenplan, and eight minutes to Stockholm City.
Several bus routes also run through Järva Krog, and the bus stop for Flygbussarna Airport Coaches is right outside the properties.
By car
Järva Krog lies close to the E4 and E18 routes, providing access to both of these major motorways. There is a garage under each block and a car park (P-hus) in the area.
