Stakeholder dialogue
NCC engages in ongoing dialogue with its stakeholders to gain insight into the type of issues that are most important to them and to find out what activities they expect and need from NCC. The principal stakeholder groups are customers, employees, suppliers and subcontractors, shareholders, investors and the financial market, as well as the surrounding society. The point of departure is the extent by which the groups influence or are influenced by the Group’s work.
