NNIT Head Office

NNIT's head office occupies 36,000 m2 spread over five storeys and a basement. In addition to office space for 2,000 people, the building also has a shared canteen, two separate receptions and a fitness room. Nearly 1,000 parking spaces have been established to the south of the building, with access from Sydmarken.

The building was constructed based on the EU's GreenBuilding standard, which means that the energy consumption has been calculated to be at least 25 percent below the current legal requirement. The building's energy- and environment-friendly profile was of paramount importance for NNIT, which is bringing together many of its activities in the new building.
