Bosch and NCC have collaborated during the initial project planning phase, and the production phase can now begin. The new office building is being constructed using NCC’s tried-and-tested office concept on the site of one of the existing offices. The earthworks will begin immediately and start of construction is scheduled for 2024.
“We have worked closely with Bosch when deciding on the details of its new office building, which will be a combination of efficient standardizations and solutions that are specifically tailored for Bosch. As we were involved in the process at an early stage, we have been able to realize Bosch’s wishes within the scope of its budget and timetable,” says Catarina Molén-Runnäs, Head of NCC Building Nordics.
The office building is expected to be ready for occupancy during 2026. The order will be registered in the NCC Building Nordics business area during the fourth quarter of 2023. The order value will not be communicated.
