NCC to build Tollare Terrass in Nacka

NCC has been commissioned by Bonava to build 124 apartments in the Tollare area in Nacka, Stockholm. The order is worth SEK 339 million.

“I am pleased to have this opportunity to work together with Bonava on the construction of Tollare Terrass, which will be a highly attractive residential building project offering fantastic views and close to nature and urban life,” says Henrik Landelius, Sweden Head at NCC Building.

The project comprises 124 tenant-owner apartments across five high-rise buildings with a three-story underground garage.  The buildings will be terraced and have a sea view. The assignment will be carried out on a turnkey basis.

Tollare in Nacka aspires to be a focal point in the archipelago, maximizing the benefits of its proximity to nature and water. The area will contain about 900 new housing units, preschools and homes for the elderly as well as premises for retail, services and offices.

Construction is scheduled to commence in August 2017 and the new housing units are expected to be ready for occupancy in the first half of 2020. The order is worth SEK 339 million and will be registered during the second quarter of 2017 in the Building business area.

Bonava was part of NCC until summer 2016, but is now a completely independent company.
