NCC signs contract for the first phase of the construction of the New North Zealand Hospital with the Hovedstaden region of Denmark. The contract for the first phase of the project is valued at about SEK 1.7 billion of the total contract assignment of SEK 3.4 billion.

NCC is selling its first office project, K12, in Järva Krog to Fastpartner AB for just over SEK 1.5 billion. NCC has its new head office in the property.
NCC to build two schools in Uppsala
NCC, in partnership with Uppsala Skolfastigheter AB, is developing two new school buildings in Bälinge outside Uppsala. The project is a partnering arrangement and Skolfastigheter estimates the order value at around SEK 450 million.

NCC issues green corporate bonds
For the first time, NCC is offering capital markets the opportunity to invest in green projects by issuing green bonds with a total value of SEK 1.6 billion. The invested capital will finance green investments in primarily sustainable commercial property development and the transition in asphalt production to renewable energy sources.
Catarina Molén-Runnäs new Business Area Manager for Building Nordics
Catarina Molén-Runnäs will become new Business Area Manager of NCC Building Nordics. She will join NCC no later than February 1, 2020 to replace Klaus Kaae who has decided to retire from his operational role as Business Area Manager after a long career with NCC. He will stay on as senior advisor.
