The board’s proposal for dividend in NCC - interim report fourth quarter and full year 2018 published
At the meeting today, the Board of NCC AB has decided to propose a dividend of SEK 4.00 (8.00) per share for the fiscal year 2018. Today NCC also publishes its interim report for the fourth quarter of 2018 and the full year 2018.
NCC signs agreement with SL for expansion of Roslagsbanan
NCC has been commissioned by Stockholm Public Transport (SL) to expand the Roslagsbanan light rail line from single to double track in north Stockholm. The order is valued at just over SEK 270 million.

NCC to renovate premises in the Meilahti hospital area in Helsinki, Finland
NCC has been selected to renovate premises for operating, teaching and research of dental care and dentistry in Meilahti hospital area in Helsinki, Finland. The customer is a Finnish asset management company eQ and the value of the project is about SEK 300 million.
Changes to NCC’s Executive Team
Carola Lavén will leave the position as the head of NCC’s Property Development business area to become the Deputy CEO and Investment Director at real estate company Castellum.
Maria Grimberg new Head of Corporate Communication for NCC
Maria Grimberg has been appointed Head of Corporate Communication for NCC. During the autumn, she has been Acting Communication Manager for NCC and also Partner and Managing Director of JKL, a communications consultancy, where she has worked for more than 20 years.
Alf Göransson proposed as member of NCC’s Board of Directors
The Nomination Committee has proposed that Alf Göransson be elected to NCC’s Board of Directors. Alf Göransson was formerly CEO of Securitas and, prior to that, was CEO of NCC for a period of six years. The Nomination Committee has also proposed the re-election of Tomas Billing (Chairman), Geir Magne Aarstad, Viveca Ax:son Johnson, Mats Jönsson, Angela Langemar Olsson, Ulla Litzén and Birgit Nørgaard. Carina Edblad has declined re-election.
NCC to start the construction of the first phase of the major hospital project in Oulu, Finland
NCC will begin the construction of the major hospital project in Oulu, Finland. With the new hospital plans, which were made after the initial construction contract was signed in November 2017, NCC’s share of the project has increased by about SEK 400 million and is now altogether about SEK 1,100 million.
