NCC extends its Senior Management Team
NCC extends its Senior Management Team to also include the members of the previous extended management team. Klaus Kaae has been appointed acting head of Purchasing. As previously communicated, the head of Purchasing Harri Savolainen has decided to leave NCC for a new assignment outside NCC.
Eysturoy tunnel built by NCC opened in Faroe Islands
The Eysturoy tunnel, constructed by NCC for the customer P/E Eystur- og Sandoyartunlar (EST), was formally opened on Saturday. The 11.2 km subsea tunnel represents a significant infrastructure investment, which will reduce travel time to the capital city of Tórshavn from many places in the Faroe Islands.
NCC to construct new electrical substation buildings in central Stockholm
NCC has been commissioned by Linxon to construct new power substation buildings for Värtan Station in the Stockholm Royal Seaport (Norra Djurgårdsstaden) district of Stockholm. The transaction is a turnkey contract for Linxon, with Ellevio as the end customer. The order value of NCC’s share of the contract is approximately SEK 400 million.
NCC to start construction of We Land in Helsinki
NCC will start construction of the new office concept We Land in the Ruoholahti district of Helsinki in December. The building is designed with the ambition to meet the exceptionally high BREEAM rating of Outstanding.
NCC to present updated financial and sustainability targets
NCC will present its updated financial and sustainability targets at today’s Capital Markets meeting. Over the course of the day, CEO Tomas Carlsson, together with CFO Susanne Lithander and the managers of the respective business areas, will present an update on NCC’s status and strategic direction.
NCC’s Extraordinary General Meeting, 2020
At today’s Extraordinary General Meeting, NCC’s shareholders resolved in accordance with the motion of the Board of Directors to pay a dividend of SEK 2.50 per share for the 2019 fiscal year.
NCC signs contract for Liseberg’s new water park
NCC and Liseberg amusement park have signed a contract for the construction of a new water park. The assignment is through the development company Liseberg Skår AB and the order value is approximately SEK 700 million.

NCC to expand the subway depot in Högdalen, Stockholm
NCC has been commissioned by Region Stockholm to expand the subway depot in Högdalen, in the south part of Stockholm, Sweden. The project is a partnering contract with an order value of approximately SEK 800 million.
Invitation to presentation of NCC’s interim report for January-September and the third quarter 2020
NCC’s interim report for January-September 2020 will be released on Friday, November 6. The report will be distributed and available on NCC’s website ncc.se/ir (https://www.ncc.se/investor-relations/) at, or around, 7:10 CET.

NCC’s Board of Directors proposes a dividend of SEK 2.50 per share
The Board of Directors of NCC AB proposes a dividend of SEK 2.50 per share for the 2019 fiscal year. The Board will therefor summon shareholders to an Extra General Meeting on November 12, 2020. The proposal is put forth after the Board, in accordance with previous communication, has made a renewed assessment of the effects of the Corona pandemic and NCC’s financial position.
AMF & AMF Fonder change representative in NCC’s Nomination Committee
At the NCC AGM 2020, Anders Oscarsson was elected to represent AMF & AMF Fonder in the coming Nomination Committee. AMF & AMF Fonder, NCC’s third largest owner, has decided to change representative to Peter Guve, asset manager at AMF Fonder.
Tenth consecutive year for NCC’s Awareness Day – fewer serious accidents at NCC during the decade but the work must continue
When NCC concludes what has happened since Awareness Day was introduced in 2011, there is a visible trend of fewer serious accidents occurring at NCC when employees are given more responsibility for the work environment at their own work sites. Clear procedures, reporting and monitoring, as well as tools such as Time Out and daily safety briefings have yielded results, but the safety work must continue.
