NCC to construct new healthcare block in Örebro
NCC has been commissioned by Länsgården Fastigheter AB to construct a new block comprising a healthcare center and residential care facility in Örebro. The project will be carried out in two phases with a total order value of approximately SEK 350 million.
Nomination Committee’s proposal regarding NCC Board of Directors
The Nomination Committee has decided to propose to the Annual General Meeting (AGM) the reelection of Alf Göransson as Chairman of the Board, and that the Board of Director should have six ordinary members. Viveca Ax:son Johnson has declined reelection. All other board members are proposed for reelection.
Invitation to presentation of NCC’s interim report for the fourth quarter and full-year 2021
NCC’s interim report for the fourth quarter and full-year 2021 will be released on Wednesday February 2, 2022. The report will be distributed and available on NCC’s website ncc.com/ir at, or around, 07:10 CET.
NCC signs Credit Facility of EUR 280 million
NCC Treasury AB has as per 30 December 2021 signed a new EUR 280 million Revolving Credit Facility. The tenor is three years with two one-year extension options.
NCC refurbishes and modernizes the Enskededalen block of service apartments
NCC has been commissioned by Micasa Fastigheter to refurbish the Enskededalen block of service apartments in Enskede, in southern Stockholm. The project is a turnkey contract with an order value of approximately SEK 250 million.
NCC to construct 170 tenant-owner apartments in Järfälla
NCC, in partnership with Nordr, is to construct approximately 170 tenant-owner apartments in Veddestaden, Järfälla Municipality. The project is a turnkey contract with an order value of approximately SEK 300 million.

NCC, in partnership with Sigtunahem, will construct a new residential block at Sätuna torg in Märsta, Sigtuna Municipality. The project is a turnkey contract with an order value of approximately SEK 300 million.
