NCC to construct a further 170 apartments in Danderyd, Sweden
NCC, in partnership with Aros Bostadsutveckling AB (Aros Bostad), is to construct 170 rental apartments in the third phase of the new Invernesshöjden residential block in Danderyd, north of Stockholm, Sweden. The order value is approximately SEK 300 million.

NCC has signed a contract with Asuntosäätiö for the construction of 82 right-of-occupancy apartments in the new Lamminrahka area neighboring Tampere in Finland. The order value is approximately SEK 160 million.

NCC to refurbish 236 apartments in North Zealand
NCC has been commissioned by Vores Bolig to refurbish 236 residential units in Frederiksværk in North Zealand, Denmark. The order value is approximately SEK 230 million.
NCC raises dam walls for LKAB in Kiruna, Sweden
NCC has been commissioned by LKAB to raise the walls of the tailings dam in Kiruna, Sweden, to secure the long-term storage of ore tailings. The project is a construction contract in partnering form with an order value of approximately SEK 170 million.
Invitation to presentation of NCC’s interim report for the second quarter 2023
NCC’s interim report for the second quarter and first half of 2023 will be published on Tuesday July 18, 2023. The report will be distributed and available on NCC’s website ncc.com/ir at about 7:10 a.m. CEST.
NCC to renovate and modernize Avicii Arena, Sweden
NCC is to renovate and modernize Avicii Arena, Stockholm Globe Arena, in Stockholm. The assignment is a turnkey contract in partnering form with Stockholm Globe Arena Fastigheter AB (SGA Fastigheter), which is wholly owned by the City of Stockholm. The order value is approximately SEK 700 million.
NCC to build new wastewater treatment plant in Enköping, Sweden
NCC has been commissioned by Enköping Municipality to build a new wastewater treatment plant. The municipality expects to grow to about 60,000 inhabitants by 2040 and the new treatment plant must be dimensioned to handle this growth. The work is scheduled to be completed in 2027 and the order value is approximately SEK 325 million.
NCC is constructing Denmark’s largest water treatment plant for HOFOR
HOFOR, Greater Copenhagen Utility, has selected NCC as the main contractor for the construction of a new, modern water treatment plant on Zealand in Denmark. Regnemark water treatment plant is Denmark’s largest. The order value is approximately SEK 600 million.
NCC to refurbish Nummi School in Turku
NCC has been commissioned by the City of Turku to refurbish Nummi School in Turku. The school encompasses a total of 7,000 square meters and the contract is valued at approximately SEK 180 million.
NCC signs agreement to renovate 258 apartments in Upplands-Bro, Sweden
NCC has signed a partnering agreement with Upplands-Brohus to renovate a total of 258 apartments on Fasanstigen in Upplands-Bro, north of Stockholm. The project is now starting with the renovation of 56 apartments.
NCC builds secure psychiatric unit in Bærum, Norway
NCC will build a new hospital building for psychiatry in Bærum municipality. The project is commissioned by the South-Eastern Norway Regional Health Authority, Helse Sør-Øst. The order value is approximately SEK 1 billion.
NCC to divest Bergnäset to REMONDIS
NCC is divesting the scaffolding company Bergnäset Ställningsmontage to REMONDIS Maintenance & Services Sweden AB. The transaction is expected to have a positive impact on earnings in business area Infrastructure of around SEK 175 M at closing, which is expected to take place in the third quarter of 2023.
NCC signs construction contract for electricity supply in Jutland
NCC signs another contract with Energinet for expansion of the electricity grid in Denmark. NCC will carry out construction work to connect the Thor Offshore Wind Farm in Jutland to the national grid. The order value amounts to approximately SEK 200 million.
