According to NCC’s articles of association, owners of Series A shares are entitled to request that such shares be converted to Series B shares. Conversion reduces the total number of voting rights in the company.
NCC to build Sweden’s largest wood-frame office
NCC, together with Vasakronan, will construct Magasin X – Sweden’s largest office property with a frame made entirely from wood, adjacent to Uppsala Central Station. The construction contract has been finalized and the order value is about SEK 415 million.
NCC issues green corporate bonds
For the first time, NCC is offering capital markets the opportunity to invest in green projects by issuing green bonds with a total value of SEK 1.6 billion. The invested capital will finance green investments in primarily sustainable commercial property development and the transition in asphalt production to renewable energy sources.
Catarina Molén-Runnäs new Business Area Manager for Building Nordics
Catarina Molén-Runnäs will become new Business Area Manager of NCC Building Nordics. She will join NCC no later than February 1, 2020 to replace Klaus Kaae who has decided to retire from his operational role as Business Area Manager after a long career with NCC. He will stay on as senior advisor.
NCC wins contract in Norway worth almost SEK 900 million – new section of Bergen Light Rail
NCC has received a new assignment from Bybanen Utbygging, a department of Hordaland County Council in Norway, valued at nearly SEK 900 million. NCC is to construct the D14 Mindemyren project, part of the Bergen Light Rail line.

NCC to lease 10,000 square meters in Finland and sells multimillion-SEK project to Varma
NCC has signed a long-term lease for approximately 10,000 square meters with the company Trimble Solutions Corporation in a new office project at Hatsina in Espoo, Finland. NCC has also signed an agreement with pension insurance company Varma to sell the project when completed.
NCC to build 129 rental apartments in Älvsjö
In partnership with Familjebostäder, NCC will construct 129 rental apartments close to the new Älvsjöstaden city district, south of Stockholm. The order value is approximately SEK 300 million.
NCC to refurbish large residential area at the heart of Roskilde
Rental housing company Sjælland has selected NCC as main contractor for the refurbishment of Rønnebærparken and Æblehaven in Roskilde. The value of the refurbishment contract amounts to SEK 560 million.
NCC sells attractive office properties in Norway for nearly SEK 2 billion
NCC is selling the Valle Wood and Valle View office projects, including the remaining development rights in the Helsfyr area of Oslo, to Valle Eiendom Holding AS, a newly formed property company established by Pareto Securities, for nearly SEK 2 billion. The transaction is being carried out in two stages, the first in the fourth quarter of 2019 and the second in 2021.
NCC to build 200 rental apartments in Huddinge
In partnership with Huge Bostäder, NCC is to build 200 rental units, of which approximately half will be student apartments, as well as a preschool in Huddinge, Sweden. The assignment is part of the framework agreement signed by the parties and the order is worth SEK 340 million.
NCC to build new Burlövsbadet
NCC and the Municipality of Burlöv will build the new Burlövsbadet swimming center in Arlöv, just north of Malmö. The assignment is a construction partnering project and the order value is SEK 290 million.
NCC to construct public transport hub by E18 and Arninge Station
NCC has been commissioned by the Swedish Transport Administration to construct a weather-protected pedestrian walkway over European route E18 and the Roslagsbanan light rail line connecting the new Arninge Station with Arninge retail park. The assignment also includes redevelopment of the Arninge interchange, several new bus stops, bus lanes and water and wastewater works. The contract is valued at SEK 355 million.
