NCC to build new Håsten school in Varberg
NCC, in cooperation with Varbergs Fastighets AB, will construct a school building and sports hall for the new Håsten school in Varberg. The project is a turnkey contract in partnering form with an order value of approximately SEK 530 million.
NCC to remodel Hammarforsen hydropower plant in Jämtland
NCC has been commissioned by Statkraft to implement measures to improve dam safety at the Hammarforsen hydropower plant. The contract includes the remodeling of a spillway to increase discharge capacity. The project consists of a construction contract in partnering form with an order value of approximately SEK 160 million.
NCC to build Scandic hotel in Aarhus
NCC has signed an agreement with Bassin 7 Erhverv ApS to build a Scandic hotel on Aarhus Island in Denmark. The project is a turnkey contract and the order value is approximately SEK 2 billion.

NCC and Jernhusen form joint venture company for Park Central
The development of Park Central in Gothenburg is continuing. The building is being developed jointly by NCC and Jernhusen, which have now entered a joint venture. The formation of the joint venture company marks an important step toward the realization of Gothenburg’s new landmark building. This is the first building to be constructed in the new urban space that is set to emerge around Gothenburg Central Station. The parties each own 50 percent and construction is scheduled to commence in early 2024, with expected occupancy in 2027.
NCC to construct swim center in Oulu, Finland
NCC has been commissioned by Oulun Tilapalvelut to construct Linnanmaa swim center in Oulu, Finland. The project is a construction contract and the order value is approximately SEK 190 million.
NCC to build Granelund school in Tranås
NCC is to construct the new Granelund school in Tranås together with AB Tranåsbostäder. The school will have space for 600 pupils up to sixth year. The project is a turnkey contract in partnering form with an order value of approximately SEK 250 million.
NCC signs installation contract for New North Zealand Hospital
NCC and the Capital Region of Denmark have signed an installation contract in conjunction with the construction of New North Zealand Hospital in Denmark. The order value for the installation contract amounts to approximately SEK 1.7 billion.
Notification of the 2023 Annual General Meeting of NCC AB
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of NCC AB will be held at SPACE Arena, Sergelarkaden, Sergels torg, Stockholm, at 2.30 p.m. on Friday, March 31, 2023.
Nomination Committee’s proposal regarding Board of Directors of NCC AB
NCC’s Nomination Committee proposes the election of seven Board members, with no deputies, and the re-election of Alf Göransson as Chairman of the Board, for resolution at the Annual General Meeting (AGM). Daniel Kjørberg Siraj, CEO of OBOS, and Cecilia Fasth, CEO of Stena Fastigheter, are proposed as new Board members. Geir Magne Aarstad has declined re-election. The re-election of all other Board members is proposed.
NCC to construct 213 residential units in Järva Krog
NCC has been commissioned by Aros Bostad to build 213 rental apartments in Järva Krog adjacent to NCC’s head office in Stockholm. The project is a turnkey contract in partnering form with an order value of approximately SEK 400 million.

NCC to expand Forslunda water treatment plant in Umeå
NCC and Vakin are now initiating an expansion of the Forslunda water treatment plant in Umeå to meet the increased capacity needs of the municipality. The project is a design-build contract and the order value is SEK 180 million.

NCC’s interim report for the fourth quarter and full-year 2022 will be published on Tuesday January 31, 2023. The report will be distributed and published on NCC’s website ncc.com/ir at, or around, 7:10 a.m. CET.
NCC to build Hokksund Treatment Plant in Norway
On behalf of Övre Eiker Municipality in south-eastern Norway, NCC has been contracted to build the new Hokksund Treatment Plant. Construction will commence in early 2023 and the order value is approximately SEK 350 million.
