NCC has been selected to renovate the Ministry of Foreign Affairs buildings in Helsinki, Finland. The customer is Senate Properties and the value of the project is about SEK 470 million.
Conversion of shares in NCC AB
In accordance with NCC’s Articles of Association, owners of Series A shares are entitled to request that their shares be converted to Series B shares. As a result of such conversion, the total number of voting rights in the company is reduced. In connection with conversion, the company is obligated, pursuant to the Swedish Financial Instruments Trading Act (1991:980), to disclose details of the change in this manner.
NCC divests two retail projects in Finland for SEK 540 million
Today, NCC divested two retail projects in Finland: Suurpelto Center in Espoo and Laajasalo Shopping Center in Helsinki, to Niam for an agreed-upon property value of approximately SEK 540 million.
NCC secures SEK 600 million order to rebuild Skaraborg Hospital
NCC has been commissioned by Västfastigheter to rebuild Skaraborg Hospital in Skövde for more suitable, modern premises. The assignment is a partnering arrangement in two phases, of which the total order value is approximately SEK 600 million.
NCC to build attractive residential area at Tuborg Havn for Danica
NCC has been commissioned by Danica Ejendomsselskab ApS to build rental units at Bakkedraget, an attractive residential area by Tuborg Havn marina, Copenhagen, Denmark. The order is worth SEK 620 million.
NCC to build new water tower in Helsingborg
NCC is to build the new water tower in Helsingborg. The construction project is made in partnering with Nordvästra Skånes Vatten och Avlopp AB (NSVA) and the order value amounts to approximately SEK 270 million.
Angela Langemar Olsson to join the Board of Directors of NCC
The Nomination Committee has proposed that Angela Langemar Olsson be elected to join NCC’s Board of Directors, which is thus proposed to comprise eight members. Angela Langemar Olsson is proposed as a new member, while Birgit Nørgaard, Viveca Ax:son Johnson, Ulla Litzén, Carina Edblad, Geir Magne Aarstad, Mats Jönsson and Tomas Billing (Chairman) are proposed for reelection.

NCC secures SEK 915 million order to expand the Ångström Laboratory in Uppsala
NCC has been commissioned by Akademiska Hus to carry out an expansion of the Ångström Laboratory at Uppsala University. The order value is approximately SEK 915 million.
Tomas Carlsson appointed new CEO of NCC
Tomas Carlsson has been appointed the new President and CEO of NCC. Tomas is currently employed at the listed architecture and engineering consultancy Sweco. He previously worked at NCC for nearly 20 years, most recently as the Head of NCC’s construction operations in Sweden.
NCC to construct Dansmästaren project including 133 rental units in Uppsala
NCC is to construct the Dansmästaren project in partnering form with Uppsalahem AB and Uppsala Parkerings AB. The project will include 133 rental apartments, a parking facility and large premises in the Rosendal district of Uppsala, Sweden. The order value is SEK 290 million.
Kenneth Nilsson appointed new Head of Business Area NCC Infrastructure
Kenneth Nilsson has been appointed new Head of Business Area NCC Infrastructure and will become a member of the Executive Management Team. Kenneth Nilsson joins NCC from Skanska, where he most recently served as the head of Skanska Civil East in the US.
