NCC awarded assignment to build police station on behalf of Familjebostäder
Today, NCC was awarded an assignment to build a police station in Stockholm’s Rinkeby district on behalf of Familjebostäder. The project involves the redevelopment of a residential building into a police station.
NCC to build 78 homes at Islands Brygge
NCC has been commissioned by PensionDanmark Ejendomme to build a complex of 17,000 m2, with housing units, offices and a parking facility. The contract is valued at approximately SEK 330 million.
NCC to construct Kapellgärdet Arena property block in Uppsala
NCC has been commissioned by Bonava to build Kapellgärdet Arena, comprising 152 tenant-owner apartments in Uppsala city center. The order value is approximately SEK 250 million.
NCC and Platzer agree on major transaction in Gårda and Mölndal
Today, NCC and Platzer have signed agreements for a transaction whereby they will jointly develop a project in Gårda and are intending to implement a property deal in central Mölndal.
NCC to build 644 apartments in Senapsfabriken
NCC has been commissioned to construct an additional 644 apartments in central Uppsala for Magnolia Bostad. The construction assignment marks the second phase of the Senapsfabriken property block. The order value is approximately SEK 650 million.
NCC’s Loop Rocks start-up entering Denmark
Loop Rocks, NCC’s virtual marketplace that matches supply and demand for earth and rock between construction sites, is now entering Denmark. Loop Rocks open platform and app already have more than 4,000 users in Sweden, and NCC sees a similar need for more sustainable and efficient management of building material in Denmark.
NCC in consortium with Spain’s OHL awarded railway assignment valued at SEK 2 billion
Today, NCC in consortium with the Spanish firm OHL was awarded an assignment to construct a new section of railway between Lund and Arlöv in Skåne, Sweden for the Swedish Transport Administration. The order value is some SEK 2 billion and the contract is expected to be signed at the end of June. The contract includes an option valued at an additional SEK 1 billion.

NCC is planning to commence construction of its new headquarters now that the detailed development plan has been accepted in a new judgement from the Land and Environment Court. The development plan is expected to gain legal force within three weeks. NCC’s new headquarters signal the start of the development of a new, sustainable and attractive city district in Solna.
