NCC’s 2024 Annual General Meeting
Today at the Annual General Meeting (AGM), the shareholders of NCC passed resolutions concerning inter alia the adoption of the income statement and the balance sheet, payment of a dividend, a new long-term performance-based incentive program, and authorization for the Board of Directors to decide on the transfer and repurchase of own Series B shares.
NCC to conduct construction work for SSAB in Oxelösund
NCC has been commissioned by SSAB to conduct initial work for a new facility in Oxelösund. The project is a construction contract in partnering form with an order value of approximately SEK 200 million.
NCC to construct high school in Lieto, Finland
NCC has signed an agreement with the City of Lieto to expand Taatila elementary school with a high school for approximately 500 students. The project is a turnkey contract, and the order value is approximately SEK 195 million.
Conversion of shares in NCC AB, March 2024
According to NCC’s articles of association, owners of Series A shares are entitled to request that such shares be converted to Series B shares. Conversion reduces the total number of voting rights in the company.
NCC issues green corporate bonds
NCC issues green bonds with a total value of SEK 1.25 billion.
NCC signs asphalt contracts valued at over SEK 0.5bn in Norway
To date this year, NCC in Norway has signed nine asphalt contracts with the Norwegian Public Roads Administration and several regions in Norway. The contracts extend for one year and have a combined value of approximately SEK 540 million.
NCC signs framework agreement with City of Stockholm for paving works
NCC has signed a framework agreement for paving works with the City of Stockholm. The assignment commences in March 2024 and will extend over two years, with the option of a further two-year extension. The order value is SEK 80 million annually.

Changes in the NCC Senior Management Team
Maria Grimberg, Head of Communications, has decided to leave NCC for other opportunities. She has been in the role since March 2019.

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of NCC AB will be held at SPACE Arena, Sergelarkaden, Sergels torg, Stockholm, at 3.30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 9, 2024.
NCC to build new school in Västerås
NCC will build a new school with associated sports hall and schoolyard in partnership with the City of Västerås in Sweden. The new school will be located in Fredriksdal, part of the growing Gäddeholm area, east of Västerås. The project is a turnkey contract in partnering form with an order value of approximately SEK 450 million.

Nomination Committee’s proposal regarding Board of Directors of NCC AB for 2024
NCC’s Nomination Committee proposes the election of seven Board members, with no deputies, and the re-election of Alf Göransson as Chairman of the Board, for resolution at the Annual General Meeting (AGM). Ida Aall Gram, President and CEO of Aspelin Ramm, is proposed as new Board member. Angela Langemar Olsson has declined re-election. The re-election of all other Board members is proposed.
NCC to convert and expand Rimforsa school in Östergötland
NCC has been commissioned by Kinda Municipality to convert and expand Rimforsa school in Östergötland. Rimforsa school is a compulsory school for children aged 5-12 and upon completion, will contain 21 classrooms with associated spaces for up to 483 students. The project is a turnkey contract in partnering form with an order value of approximately SEK 150 million.
