Bonds with a total value of SEK 1.25 billion and a maturity of three and five years were issued on March 25, with April 5, 2024 as the settlement date. Read the press release.
According to NCC’s articles of association, owners of Series A shares are entitled to request that such shares be converted to Series B shares. Conversion reduces the total number of voting rights in the company.
NCC is selling Company House IV, the last office property in Delta Park, Vallensbaek just outside Copenhagen, for nearly SEK 340 million.
NCC’s Nomination Committee has proposed Alf Göransson to be elected as the new Chairman of the Board of NCC at the next Annual General Meeting, which will be held on April 1, 2020. Current Chairman, Tomas Billing, has declined reelection.
NCC signs contract for the first phase of the construction of the New North Zealand Hospital with the Hovedstaden region of Denmark. The contract for the first phase of the project is valued at about SEK 1.7 billion of the total contract assignment of SEK 3.4 billion.
NCC is selling its first office project, K12, in Järva Krog to Fastpartner AB for just over SEK 1.5 billion. NCC has its new head office in the property.
