NCC engages in construction and civil engineering project contracting, production of asphalt and stone materials and commercial property development and works continuously and in close dialogue with customers and other stakeholders to contribute to the transition to a more sustainable society. Based on data and expertise NCC can contribute with knowledge, enabling well founded decisions.
NCC has a sustainability framework as the basis for the Group’s work. There are common Group targets in two areas: Climate and energy and Health and safety. We also follow up work in other areas at Group level. Each business area then has relevant targets and governing parameters for its own operations.

Based on its expertise in managing complex construction processes, NCC facilitates construction that generates favorable results for the customers and has a positive impact on society in general.
Operations include building and infrastructure project contracting, asphalt and stone materials production and commercial property development.
We have five business areas at NCC:
Builds, renovates and maintains infrastructure for travel, transportation, energy and water treatment, as well as facilities for basic industry, in Sweden, Norway and Denmark. With expertise encompassing the entire chain from counseling in early stages, project planning and design to production and maintenance, we realize, together with our customers, projects with a favorable impact on society.

Builds and renovates residential buildings, offices, healthcare buildings, schools, sports facilities and public buildings for public and private customers in Sweden. With advanced skills in sustainability, digitalization and partnering, NCC Building Sweden develops projects jointly with customers from the early stages.

With advanced skills in sustainability, digitalization and partnering, NCC Building Nordics develops projects jointly with customers from the early stages.

Develops, produces and sells stone materials and asphalt products for construction and infrastructure projects in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and stone materials in Finland. The operations form a natural supply chain that is also well integrated into NCC’s construction and civil engineering operations.

With extensive expertise encompassing the entire chain from conceptualization of individual projects to the development of city districts, and with a major focus on sustainability and cooperation, flexible and customized property solutions are created in growth markets in the Nordic region.

During 2022, NCC's 12,500 employees have developed and driven the process forward in construction projects across the Nordic region, together with our customers. Expertise and experience enable our project teams to anticipate and manage the challenges and opportunities that arise during a construction process and propose proactive solutions to the customer.
